A message from Mrs Barford: We are very excited that the Travelling Bookfair will be in school from the 17th to 24th November. The children will have the opportunity to look at the books with the class and they will be bringing home a wish list! It is the perfect way to stock up on some Christmas presents and every purchase earns our school rewards which we can use to stock up our library further!  More details will follow, but in the meantime, if you would like to take a look at the flyer, please follow this link: https://d3ddkgxe55ca6c.cloudfront.net/assets/t1667311526/a/06/3a/tbf-book-fairs-autumn-invite-rs-2159368.pdf

Congratulations! I was thrilled to receive information last week of another great achievement outside of school that took place during half term.  Lacey-Mae (year 6) participated in two separate dance competitions and won 1st Place for both events with her duet lyrical routine.  Well done Lacey-Mae, we are so proud of you!

ECC Parent Survey: If you are a parent in Essex, please share your views with us be completing our early years and childcare parent survey.  This questionnaire is for parents of children aged 0 – 19 years living in Essex, or up to 25 years if your child has special educational needs or disabilities.

We want to hear about your family’s experience of childcare in Essex so that we can gain a greater understanding of what childcare arrangements you make and if your childcare needs are being met. We also want to hear about your experiences of your child starting primary school and the impact the coronavirus had had on your child’s experiences.

Your information is valued, and will inform the 2022 childcare sufficiency assessment and the early years and childcare strategy. Your responses will be treated in strictest confidence and will remain anonymous. Your participation is voluntary. If you wish to withdraw your data, please make a note of the reference code given at the end of the questionnaire. Email this code to research@essex.gov.uk by Monday 21 November 2022. After this date, your data will have been combined with that of others.  If you have any questions, please contact us by emailing CCDL@essex.gov.uk

This survey will remain open until Monday 21 November 2022.  Thank you for your help
