Dear parents/ carers,
Here we are at the start of the final half term of the school year!
I would like to start off with a huge thank you to the Henham Parish Council for the award presented to the school at the Henham Jubilee Celebrations, in recognition of the work undertaken by the school during the Covid lockdown.
We are all so thrilled to have received it – thank you!
Well done to the children from Years 3-6 this week who attended the Quad kids competition at JFan this week. We didn’t finish in the top 3 this time, however, a huge well done to everyone who took part; a fantastic afternoon of good quality sport!
Michael Rosen on Language and Play – Thursday 16th June 10-11 (ONLINE). Michael Rosen is one of Britain’s best loved writers and performance poets for children and adults.
In this session Michael will perform and discuss the importance of play and talk in language development in young children.
The session is aimed at Parents, grandparents, carers, Early Years Professionals, and anyone who works with young children and is open to all.
