In this digital age, as parents, it is important that we are familiar with our kids’ online habits and social media culture. Only then can we hope to be effective in guiding, educating, and protecting them from the risks and safety issues that come with it.

As a school we have teamed up with other local schools and Joyce Frankland Academy (Newport) who kindly host annual internet safety training sessions led by ‘The 2 Johns’ from EST E Safety. Our children attend the daytime session, staff attend in the afternoon and parents have a separate session in the evening.  Please take a look at their website as it is full of tips for keeping children safe online and we will keep you informed of when the next session will be held.
