School Emergency Closures

We recognise that the decision to close a school in the event of an emergency (e.g. snow, flooding, no water or heating) significantly impacts upon you, as parents / carers. Any decision to close the school will not be taken lightly but will be based on the health and safety of the children. 

Should we need to close the school, you will be informed by email or notification to your phone as soon as the decision has been made. 

You will also see us listed on the closed schools list on Essex County Councils website.
